What do I do if I have a fire, suffer some other kind of loss or have an accident with a motor vehicle insured with Farmers?
It is very important that you contact your agent of record. All the agent information can be found on the front page of your policy near your name and address. To make things move along as quickly as possible, the agent will assist you in filing the claim and then rush all the needed information to our office. Once you have reported the loss to your agent, you will receive confirmation that your loss has been received by our office. This confirmation will contain all the information you need and advise what you should do next to protect your interest and settle your loss.
