Report a Claim
Starting the claims process is easy. The best and quickest way to report your claim is online via our simple reporting form. If you prefer, you may also report your claim to us by phone or you may report it to your Independent Agent, who will submit it to us on your behalf.
Most claims should be reported during normal business hours. However, if you sustained a serious loss such as a fire, a major plumbing leak or severe structural damage and you need help with relocation or restoration services, you may contact our after-hours emergency hot-line at (866) 631-9153.
If you need emergency repair or restoration services, but don’t know who to call, you can click here to locate a licensed provider near you. These are all companies that have previously handled claims for our Policyholders where we have received positive feedback, but you are not limited to these providers. You may hire any licensed contractor you wish. Please be sure to let the restoration service know you are a Farmers of Flemington Policyholder and provide them with your Policy Number, which is located at the top of your Declarations Page.
