Report a Claim by Phone

Contact us toll-free at (800) 842-5032 to report your claim by phone.

Most claims should be reported during normal business hours.  However, if you sustained a serious loss such as a fire, a major plumbing leak or severe structural damage and you need help with relocation or restoration services, you may contact our after-hours emergency hot-line at (866) 631-9153.
